FAQ

Questions about Appointments & Booking

What is Liberrex Appointments & Booking?

It is the Customer Experience module that lets customers reserve a service, location and available time before they arrive. It is not a standalone calendar. Booking is designed to sit in the same visit as arrival, queue handling and service when those modules are deployed. Published BTK and BIAT stories use online appointments together with queue and feedback. Scope is defined per deployment.

How do customers book an appointment?

Customers select a service, an eligible location and an available time slot, then confirm the reservation with the required information. Availability follows the schedules and services configured for that location rather than a generic open calendar. Booking interfaces used in published stories include named web properties such as SmartRDV-BTKBank and rdv.biat.com.tn, plus on-site kiosks where deployed.

Can different locations offer different services and availability?

Yes. Liberrex is built for distributed service networks. Each branch, agency, facility or service point can operate with its own configured schedule and the services that location can actually deliver. Authorized teams see appointment activity across the perimeter defined for the deployment. It is not a single-shop booking widget.

How do appointments connect with queue management?

Appointments & Booking plans the visit. Queue Management organizes waiting, routing and handling once the customer is on site, including walk-ins. The two modules can run in the same customer journey: the booked visit is identified at arrival, then enters the service flow configured for the location. Booking does not replace the floor queue.

Can Liberrex manage appointments and walk-in visitors together?

Yes. Scheduled customers and spontaneous visitors can share the same operating environment. Check-in, waiting and service follow the rules configured for the location rather than two disconnected processes. Published BTK and BIAT stories use booking, queue and feedback together. Liberrex does not claim automatic balancing of the two flows.

Can appointment data integrate with existing enterprise systems?

Liberrex is designed to connect with existing enterprise systems through APIs and integration mechanisms supported by each deployment. The method depends on the systems and interfaces available in the organization. Scope can start with the data needed to operate the first use case, then grow. See Data & Integrations for the platform approach.
