Questions
Questions about Sales Animation
What is Liberrex Sales Animation?
Liberrex Sales Animation is the Workforce Experience product for aligning commercial priorities with frontline execution across a distributed network. Head office turns objectives, campaigns and challenges into coordinated action for regions, branches, agencies and teams. Managers see execution on their perimeter, and each frontline role sees what is relevant to act. It does not replace CRM, core banking, core insurance or payroll systems. Organizations can start with a defined set of locations and extend from there.
How is Sales Animation different from CRM?
CRM systems remain the system of record for customer relationships, pipeline and account activity. Sales Animation is an execution and animation layer above those systems: it translates commercial priorities into objectives, campaigns, challenges and performance visibility across the network. Liberrex is not intended to replace a CRM, core banking platform, core insurance system or ERP. Existing systems stay systems of record; Liberrex adds the commercial execution layer.
Can objectives be managed by branch, region or individual?
Yes. Commercial objectives can be expressed at more than one level of the network — including head-office priorities and the perimeters that regions, branches or agencies, teams and individuals work within. Scope, period and KPI follow the operating model the organization defines. Sales Animation is not an automatic target-optimization engine. How far those levels are configured depends on the organization’s structure.
How do commercial campaigns and challenges work?
Campaigns turn a strategic priority into time-bound commercial execution across a defined population — for example a product focus or a network-wide push. Challenges make those priorities visible and engaging for individuals, teams or the network, without turning the product into a leaderboard. Both sit inside commercial execution, not marketing automation. Recognition follows company policy. Exact fields and rules are configured for each organization.
Can managers see performance across their network?
Yes. Visibility follows perimeter: head office looks across the network, regional managers follow their area, branch or agency managers coach their teams, and frontline users see the objectives and progress relevant to their role. Views can be organized by location, objective, campaign, challenge or period, as scoped for the organization. This is network execution visibility, not a replacement for core reporting systems.
Can Sales Animation connect to existing banking, insurance or CRM systems?
Liberrex is designed to sit above existing commercial and core systems rather than replace them. Existing CRM, core banking, core insurance or operational systems remain systems of record. Liberrex adds the commercial execution and animation layer. Connection methods follow the Liberrex Platform — APIs, databases, files, scheduled imports and events — scoped per organization. This page does not list every connector as a Sales Animation module.
Does Liberrex manage commissions or payroll incentives?
No. Liberrex Sales Animation is not intended to replace a commission-calculation or payroll system. It focuses on commercial objectives, execution, engagement and performance visibility. Where recognition or rewards are discussed, they follow company policy — including remaining non-financial — rather than automated monetary incentive payments from Liberrex. Incentive policy stays with the organization and its existing remuneration systems.
