Workforce ExperienceCoaching & Readiness
Develop the skills required for frontline performance.
Connect skills, learning, assessments and manager coaching to the realities of roles and commercial execution.

The challenge
Performance does not depend on objectives alone.
Setting a target is not enough if the employee does not yet have the skill, or if the manager cannot see where to coach.
Product knowledge changes
Each offer or campaign introduces something to understand before acting.
Skill levels differ
Teams in the same network do not arrive with the same readiness.
Gaps stay hard to see
Managers need to see where skill is missing on their perimeter.
Training sits apart
Learning is too often detached from performance and real execution.
Skills
Understand the skills expected for each role.
A skills model can connect a role, a skill, a required level, an observed level and a gap. The skills themselves are configurable — they are not a fixed catalogue.

Skill
What the role needs to master.
Required level
The level expected to perform.
Current level
The level observed today.
Gap
The difference to address.
Learning
Train at the moment the need appears.
Learning is scoped around frontline readiness: product briefing, campaign briefing, short module, quiz or knowledge check. Liberrex is not positioned as a generic learning-management system.

Product or campaign briefing
What to know before executing.
Quiz / knowledge check
Check that the message was understood.

Questions
Questions about Coaching & Readiness
What is Coaching & Readiness?
Coaching & Readiness is the Workforce Experience pillar for skills, learning, assessments and manager coaching. It answers whether the employee has the knowledge and skills required to perform. It is positioned around frontline readiness, not as a generic training catalogue. Liberrex does not claim regulatory certification authority. Sales materials at the moment of the conversation stay in Sales Enablement.
Does Liberrex replace a learning-management system?
No. Learning is scoped around frontline readiness — product and campaign briefings, short modules and knowledge checks. Liberrex is not presented as a generic LMS, or as a training catalogue detached from commercial execution. Sales materials at the moment of the conversation sit in Sales Enablement, not in this pillar.
How are skills structured?
A model can connect a role, a skill, a required level, a current level and a gap. Skills are configurable — for example discovery, product knowledge, customer conversation, objections, cross-selling, compliance or digital tools. Liberrex does not hard-code one industry catalogue. Detail follows the model the organization defines. These examples are illustrative, not a universal skill list sold as a product.
Can product knowledge be assessed?
Yes. Assessments can cover product knowledge, a campaign or a skill, as a quiz or knowledge check. They help verify understanding before execution. Status stays visible to the manager on their perimeter. Liberrex does not present itself as a regulatory certification authority. Assessment here is a readiness tool, not an official exam.
How do managers follow coaching needs?
Managers can follow skills, learning and coaching on the perimeter they are responsible for. The frame covers sessions, notes, action plans, development objectives and follow-ups. Visibility follows that perimeter, not one dashboard for everyone. Coaching here remains manager work: choosing the focus, the action plan and the follow-up over the period.
Can learning be linked to roles or campaigns?
Yes. Product briefings, campaign briefings, short modules and knowledge checks can be attached to a role, an offer or a commercial priority. The intent is to train when the need appears, not to hold a detached catalogue. Exact attachment follows the model configured for the organization. Sales materials at the moment of selling still sit in Sales Enablement.
Can certifications or renewals be followed?
Where configured, required learning, completion, validity and renewal can be followed for a role. This is readiness tracking, not a certification issued by Liberrex. Liberrex does not claim regulatory certification authority and does not replace the competent authority. Exact requirements remain those of the organization and its own compliance process.
