Customer Intelligence & Engagement · Loyalty & Gamification

Turn customer engagement into progression, loyalty and benefits.

Design programs, challenges and progression mechanics that encourage useful behaviours and strengthen engagement over time.

Define who can take part, what moves the customer forward, and what they receive when an objective is met.

A customer status, progress toward an objective, and a benefit that becomes available.

Loyalty model

From the audience to the benefit.

A challenge is one way to carry an objective. The mechanic is chosen for that objective.

  1. 01

    Audience

    Who can take part?

  2. 02

    Objective

Which behaviour or result should be encouraged?

  3. 03

    Actions

Which actions move the customer forward?

  4. 04

    Progression

    How is that progress shown?

  5. 05

    Benefit

Which advantage applies when the conditions are met?

Loyalty program

Define the rules of loyalty.

Set the rules that determine how a customer takes part, moves forward and reaches the benefits of the program. A program does not have to be a points system.

  • Eligibility

    Who can take part.

  • Mechanic

How the customer progresses toward the objective.

  • Progress

How that progress is shown to the customer.

  • Benefits

Which advantages become available when the objective is met.

Challenges and missions

Turn an objective into measurable actions.

Define an objective, the actions that count, and what happens when the customer meets the conditions.

A challenge with an audience, an objective, counted actions and a defined benefit.
  • Audience

The customers who can take part.

  • Objective

The behaviour or result to encourage.

  • Actions

The steps that count toward the objective.

  • Benefit

The advantage defined for that objective.

Progression

Make progress visible.

Show the customer where they stand, what remains, and what becomes available when the objective is met.

  • Completed actions

    The actions already counted.

  • What remains

The actions still required for the objective.

  • Objective met

The moment the defined conditions are satisfied.

Benefits

Define what the customer unlocks.

The benefit is the one defined for the objective. It is not limited to a gift.

  • Service benefit

A level of support or advice defined for the program.

  • Preferential terms

A financial condition defined when the objective is met.

  • Access

A service or status that becomes available with the objective.

Orchestration

Connect progression to the rest of the relationship.

  • Customer Engagement

Presents progress or the next useful action.

  • Marketing Automation

Can place entry, progress or completion into a journey.

  • Customer & Sales Intelligence

Provides customer context, eligibility and segments.

Measurement

See what actually engages customers.

Follow who takes part, how they progress, and who reaches the objective.

Program performance showing participation, progression and completion.
  • Participation

Customers who enter the program or the challenge.

  • Progression

How far the defined actions have advanced.

  • Completion

    Customers who meet the objective.

Use cases

Behaviours to encourage in financial services.

These situations fit a bank, an insurer, a telecom operator or a digital wallet.

  • Digital onboarding

Finish identity verification, activate a service and complete a first useful action.

  • Product adoption

Encourage use of a banking, insurance or wallet capability that is still unused.

  • Repeated engagement

Encourage a useful behaviour to happen again.

  • Loyalty

Move toward a defined objective and the benefit that follows it.

Customer gamification and sales animation serve two different uses.

The two can coexist. They do not share the same participants or the same objectives.

  • Loyalty & Gamification

    Encourages customer behaviours and loyalty.

  • Sales Performance & Engagement

Animates the commercial performance of employees and teams.

Impact

Strengthen engagement without reducing loyalty to a points system.

  • Encourage adoption

Help customers discover and use the services that are relevant to them.

  • Strengthen recurrence

    Encourage useful behaviours over time.

  • Make progress visible

Give the customer a clear view of the objective and of where they stand.

  • Steer loyalty

    Follow participation, progression and completion.

Questions

Questions about Loyalty & Gamification

What is Liberrex Loyalty & Gamification?

It is the customer product for programs, objectives, progression and benefits. An audience can take part, an objective defines the behaviour to encourage, counted actions move progress forward, and a defined benefit follows when the conditions are met. It is for customers, not for employee competitions.

How is this different from commercial challenges for teams?

Team challenges, rankings and employee recognition belong to Sales Performance & Engagement, in Workforce Experience. Loyalty and gamification concern customers: objectives, progression and benefits tied to customer behaviour. The two uses stay separate.

Does a program have to use points?

No. A program can rest on an objective, the actions that count and a defined benefit, without a points system. The mechanic is the one chosen for the objective.

How do a customer’s actions move a challenge forward?

The challenge defines which actions count. When one of those actions occurs, progress advances toward the objective. The customer can see what is already done and what remains.

What benefit can be configured?

The benefit is the one defined for the objective. It can be a service advantage, a preferential condition or an access that becomes available when the conditions are met. The page does not assume a public catalog of gifts.

Can a challenge be limited to a segment or to eligibility?

Yes. The audience defines who can take part, from a segment or from eligibility rules configured for the program. Customers outside that audience are not part of the challenge.

How do you follow participation and progress?

Follow who enters, how the defined actions advance, and who meets the objective. Those markers describe the program. They are not a separate analytics suite.

How does Loyalty & Gamification work with Customer Engagement and Marketing Automation?

Customer Engagement can present progress or the next useful action. Marketing Automation can place entry, progress or completion into a journey. Intelligence provides context, eligibility and segments. Loyalty defines the objective and the benefit.
