Workforce ExperienceSales Enablement

Give teams the knowledge and tools to sell more effectively.

Bring product information, sales content, arguments and useful guides together so employees can prepare, present and follow opportunities more effectively.

Advisor reviewing an offer, sales arguments, required documents and the next step before a customer conversation.

The challenge

Finding the right information should not slow the sale.

In a distributed network, commercial knowledge often already exists — but it is hard to find at the useful moment.

  • Information spread out

Product sheets, arguments and documents live across several tools and files.

  • Outdated material

Teams do not always have the approved version of an offer or campaign.

  • Hard-to-find arguments

The right argument, frequent objection or comparison too often stays informal.

  • Campaign and product separated

The commercial priority and offer knowledge do not meet in the same place.

Product & offer hub

One place to understand each product and offer.

The hub brings together the operational knowledge the employee needs to present an offer — not a customer record, and not an automatic recommendation.

Liberrex offer workspace showing the offer summary, eligibility, required documents, related content and the current campaign.
  • Understand the offer

Summary, customer need and key benefits to place the product in the conversation.

  • Conditions & eligibility

Eligibility basics, conditions, pricing and documents to gather, according to the configured model.

  • Support the conversation

Seller FAQs, arguments and supporting documents useful at the moment of presenting.

  • Related offers & campaigns

Related products and associated campaign information, when the organization connects them.

Sales playbooks

Guide teams through each commercial situation.

A playbook helps structure the approach to a product, campaign or customer situation. It is not a Next Best Action engine — identifying the opportunity remains Sales Intelligence.

  1. 01

    Understand

Place the need and the context.

  2. 02

    Qualify

    Check fit with the offer.

  3. 03

    Present

Present the offer with the right materials.

  4. 04

    Handle objections

    Use a shared argument.

  5. 05

    Propose

    Make the relevant recommendation.

  6. 06

    Follow up

    Organise the next step.

Guided selling

Turn knowledge into commercial support.

Sales Intelligence can identify the opportunity. Sales Enablement helps the employee understand and present it.

Sales Intelligence

  • Which customer, which opportunity, which product?

Sales Enablement

  • How to understand, present and argue the offer?

User perspectives

A distinct use for each role.

  • Employee

Find products, content, arguments and guidance useful to the conversation.

  • Manager

Make sure the team uses the right material and understands commercial priorities.

  • Product / marketing / business

Maintain approved product and campaign information, visible to the right audience.

Business outcomes

Four effects on commercial work.

  • Reduce time spent searching

Spend less time hunting for information across disconnected tools and files.

  • Improve consistency of the pitch

Share the same approved arguments and materials across the network.

  • Make launches easier

Connect a new product or campaign to useful content from day one.

  • Strengthen frontline autonomy

Give teams what they need to prepare and present without relying on informal relays.

Questions

Questions about Sales Enablement

What is Liberrex Sales Enablement?

Liberrex Sales Enablement is the Workforce Experience pillar that answers what the employee needs in order to sell. It centralizes product knowledge, content, playbooks and commercial guidance. It does not identify the customer opportunity and is not Next Best Action. Sales Intelligence remains a separate family. Liberrex is not presented here as a DAM. Skills and coaching sit in another Workforce Experience pillar.

What content can be centralized?

Depending on the configured model, teams can find product sheets, brochures, presentations, scripts, FAQs, comparison guides, campaign kits and supporting documentation. The organization chooses which types are actually published. Liberrex is not presented as a full DAM or standalone marketing-publishing tool. Longer training content sits in coaching, not in this pillar.

Can content be organised by product or campaign?

Yes. Knowledge and materials can be attached to an offer, a campaign and an audience, so the employee sees what concerns their role. Version, validity, approval and visibility follow the model the organization defines. This page does not claim one universal document workflow for every network. The aim is to find the useful content at the moment of selling, not to rebuild a document library.

How is Sales Enablement different from Sales Intelligence?

Sales Intelligence can identify the customer, opportunity or priority product. Sales Enablement helps the employee understand, present and argue that offer — conditions, pitch, documents and objections. The two families are not one product. Liberrex does not claim automatic orchestration between them unless that workflow is scoped for the organization.

Can playbooks be offered to teams?

Yes. A playbook can structure a commercial situation — understand, qualify, present, handle objections, propose and follow up. It can vary by product, campaign, role or channel, according to the configured model. A playbook guides the approach; it does not identify the opportunity and is not Next Best Action. Objection answers rely on a shared argument, not automatic generation.

How is content kept up to date?

Product, marketing or business teams publish the approved information. Where governance is configured, version, validity, approval and audience visibility frame what each role sees. Exact rules follow the organization’s model. This page does not claim one document workflow for every network, or a standalone DAM. Outdated material is a content-governance issue, not an automatic cleanup engine.

Does Sales Enablement replace the CRM?

No. Sales Enablement carries knowledge and guidance at the moment of selling. CRM, core banking or core insurance remain the customer system of record. Liberrex sits alongside those systems rather than replacing them. Identifying the opportunity remains Sales Intelligence. Priorities, campaigns and performance remain Sales Performance & Engagement. The employee still works in the systems the organization already uses.
