Questions
Questions about Workforce Experience
What is Liberrex Workforce Experience?
Liberrex Workforce Experience is the product family that gives frontline teams the priorities, knowledge, skills and tools to perform. It connects sales performance, sales enablement, coaching and frontline execution across a distributed network. It does not replace CRM, core banking, core insurance or payroll. It is distinct from Customer Experience, Sales Intelligence and AI & Agents.
What are the four Workforce Experience pillars?
The family has four pillars. Sales Performance & Engagement covers objectives, campaigns, challenges and performance visibility. Sales Enablement covers product knowledge, content and seller guidance. Coaching & Readiness covers skills, learning and manager coaching. Frontline Execution covers tasks, missions, checklists and follow-up. Individual features are not sold as separate peer products.
How is Sales Performance different from Sales Enablement?
Sales Performance & Engagement answers what teams should achieve, and how commercial animation is measured. Sales Enablement answers what the employee needs in order to sell — product knowledge, playbooks, content and guidance. Sales Intelligence remains separate: it can identify the opportunity; enablement helps the employee understand and present it.
What is Coaching & Readiness?
Coaching & Readiness is the pillar for skills, learning, assessments and manager coaching. It asks whether the employee has the knowledge and skills required to perform. It is positioned around frontline readiness, not as a full LMS. Liberrex does not claim regulatory certification authority, and AI coaching is not presented as a WX product.
What is Frontline Execution?
Frontline Execution turns head-office priorities into local actions — tasks, missions, checklists and follow-up. It answers what needs to be done at each location. Campaign design and performance visibility stay in Sales Performance & Engagement. The two pillars are related, but they are not the same product and should not be treated as interchangeable.
How does Workforce Experience differ from Sales Intelligence?
Sales Intelligence can identify a customer, product or opportunity. Workforce Experience helps teams understand the priority, access guidance, execute work, develop skills and follow progress. Liberrex does not claim automatic orchestration between the two families unless that workflow is scoped for an organization. Each family still answers a different operating question.
Is Workforce Experience designed for distributed networks?
Yes. It is intended for organizations that operate through head office, regions and local points of sale — including banking, insurance and telecommunications. What a person sees follows the perimeter they are responsible for. Exact hierarchy, roles and scope are configured per organization rather than copied from a single industry template.
