Why Liberrex exists

Liberrex was founded in 2020 around a real queueing problem. It is not a consumer booking brand, and it is not a pile of slogans. The work now is an enterprise orchestration platform — customer experience in production, later commercial layers still on the roadmap.

Origin

Achraf Ammar designed the first product around a personal queueing experience. Liberrex was founded in 2020. The name combines libertas and experientia — liberty and experience. The first public work was customer-experience operations: queue, appointment, and branch-floor tools.

What changed

The previous website presented Liberrex as a queue and booking vendor. The company now positions an orchestration platform: customer experience modules in production, Sales Animation and Sales Intelligence on the roadmap, and MOEZ as the named AI product. Workforce tools mentioned historically stay unpublished until product signs them off.

Platform vision

An isolated queue tool stops at one counter. Liberrex is structured so customer work, network work, and later commercial layers can share the same operating spine. That is the difference a CIO should be able to see on /platform.

Markets we can stand behind

Banking is the sector with published stories: BTK and BIAT. Insurance, telecommunications, public-sector, and healthcare have industry pages that describe operating models. We do not invent country deployments or empty /markets/{country} pages.

Industry pages describe operating models for each sector. They are not a list of live contracts.
